The following are instructions to find out if your formula is included in the recall:
- Visit their website and type in your product code from the bottom of the package, or call 1-800-986-8540 and follow the instructions provided.
- The website is very user-friendly and has examples of where to find the lot number.
- If your product is included in the recall the website will give you instructions on how to dispose of or return the product.
