Our office hours for appointments are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Please give us 24 hours’ advance notice so we can schedule other waiting patients. A $35.00 No Show fee could be applied to your account if you cancel your appointment without this advance notice.
You can call us during business hours at 757-595-9905 (A very pleasant person will answer and assist you.) If you are an existing PWC patient scheduling an appointment, please give us your name and date of birth so we can serve you without delay.
If you are a new patient scheduling an appointment, the front office staff will register you in our electronic records system. Please have your insurance card handy as we will need that for registration and verification.
Emergency Calls
These calls will be directly transferred to our nursing staff for immediate assistance.
Non-emergency calls
These calls will be returned by the end of office hours. This allows the nursing staff the opportunity to review the inquiries with physicians and other clinical staff.
After office hours
Call 757-595-9905. The Answering Service will page the medical provider on call who will respond back to you within 30 minutes.
